Title: Nurse Manager
Pay Range: $35.50 -$36.50 (plus shift differentials when applicable)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9a-5p
AUGUST & SEPTEMBER INCENTIVE: $12000 SIGN-ON BONUS OR WELL PAY YOUR RENT/MORTGAGE FOR 3 MONTHS!

What Youll Do:
The Nurse Manager is a key leader within the multidisciplinary team overseeing the healthcare needs of individuals in a community setting.
Clinical Care & Treatment
- Assess health needs develop care plans and administer medications/treatments per regulations (DPH CARF).
- Provide direct support including ADLs mobility assistance and community integration.
Care Coordination & Advocacy
- Liaise with physicians specialists and stakeholders to ensure seamless healthcare delivery.
- Coordinate hospital admissions discharges and follow-up care.
Compliance & Safety
- Maintain medication logs infection control and safety protocols.
- Ensure program adherence to funder state and accreditation standards.
Stakeholder Communication
- Deliver timely health updates to families guardians and funders.
- Document and report care outcomes accurately.
Staff Leadership & Training
- Train and mentor staff on medical protocols and person-centered practices.
- Foster a supportive environment using Positive Behavior Supports (PBS).
Operational Flexibility
- Participate in on-call rotation (24/7) and provide holiday/weekend coverage as needed.
- Assist with day/residential program coverage during staffing gaps.
What You Bring:
- Required:Active LPN license in MA drivers license and reliable car.
- Preferred: Active RN license in MA drivers license and reliable car.
- Experience:Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional).
- Skills:Clear communication basic computer use and teamwork.
- Language:Must be fluent in English Multilingual a bonus!
