Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and Nurse Practioner program.
Minimum Experience: Two years previous professional nursing experience with one to three years experience as a Nurse Practioner preferred.
Certification/Licensure: Certified as a Nurse Practioner with current state licensure to include NM Controlled Substance DEA license and Board Certification. CPR certification required.
Must be skilled in traditional nursing disciplines of patient assessment and management.
For New hires:BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment. If currently certified mustmaintain current certification.
Certification or completion courses must meet the standards of Memorial Medical Center.
