Job Description

Join our fast-paced and dynamic group who oversees the carefully curated retail experiences found across the Omni Hotels brand. The Retail Systems Manager will support the Corporate Director of Retail and Corporate Buying Team in various capacities. This individual should have excellent communication skills be highly organized and thrive in an ever-changing environment. This position will provide assistance in executing retail standards implementing new system rollouts for new builds and renovation and oversee the day-to-day support of our retails inventory management software for both property and corporate teams.

This position is based in Dallas TX at the Corporate Office.

Responsibilities

  • Support Daily Operations of Corporate Retail Inventory Management software.
  • Train properties team members on Receiving Operations Physical Inventories and Accounting capabilities.
  • Trouble shoot when system issue occurs.
  • Manage work tickets until resolution.
  • Liaison between Inventory Management Software point of contact and Retail Team.
  • Oversee annual database cleanup.
  • Oversee implementation of par level replenishment program.
  • Work with the Director of Retail and Buying team to create best practices thru creating Retail Standards of practice.
  • Work directly with the Director of Retail and Buyers to coordinate Retail installs for new and renovated Retail outlets.
  • Create and maintain Project Timeline
  • Manage Install of Inventory Management Software and Equipment.
  • Train associates on Inventory Management Software.
  • Train on existing retail Standards of Practice (SOPs).

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in computer science OR minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience preferred
  • Preferred Experience: Oracle Micros POS Resortsuite SpaSoft Agilysys
  • Knowledge in hardware troubleshooting and software installation
  • Project Management Experience
  • Good verbal/written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • 30% travel required
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
