Busser/Food Runner Job Summary: The Busser/Food Runner at LOCATION in CITY Florida is a full time hospitality and restaurant position responsible in assisting in the efficient operational functions of the restaurant restaurant bar & lounge and special events. The Busser/Food Runner will provide efficient and legible service to all guests in a professional manner in harmony with the restaurants service standards. This is a tipped position

Responsibilities for the Busser/Food Runner:

• Set and refresh tables with place settings and linens according to restaurant standards
• Rack and stack all dishes and utensils for dishwashing
• Prepare condiments and beverages as needed
• Assist wait staff with silverware rolling replenishing drinks food delivery and other tasks as assigned
• Ensure the cleanliness of the dining area lounge and outside areas including sweeping vacuuming cleaning windows and other duties as assigned
• Assist in stocking service station with necessary items as needed
• Assist in the preparation and breakdown of any special events
• Assist in taking food to the Pool Bartender during Lunch period between 12 Noon and 6pm
• Adhere to safety and sanitary procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements for Busser/Food Runner:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 1 year in related field of restaurant banquets and hospitality is preferred
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to handle physical activity including bending lifting up to 25-30 pounds and other strenuous activities
• Must maintain a high level of enthusiasm and dedication to the guest experience
• Availability to work all shifts weekends and holidays as needed
