  • Opportunity to work on World Heritage Greater Blue Mountains National Park
  • Two permanent full-time roles at 35 hours per week
  • Located in Blackheath with hybrid working from home supported
  • Salary range from $110266 to $122058 plus super and leave loading

Our Blue Infrastructure Team is currently seeking to appoint twoProject Officers to provide diverse project management and related support services including preparation of reports and briefs coordinating resources maintaining project documentation implementing and monitoring project plans specifically for delivery and maintenance of walking track and other visitor infrastructure within the Blue Mountains Branch.

Based in the Blue Mountains Branch in the Katoomba or Blackheath office these roles work across the broader Blue Mountains branch including Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage parks Gardens of Stone Mt Royal National Park Abercrombie and Wombeyan Caves state conservation areas and reserves.

About You

To be successful in the role you will have extensive experience undertaking day to day project activities whilst identifying risks issues and assessing the impact of actions/options for resolutions to ensure risks are managed or escalated.

You will have the demonstrated ability to identify and manage project delivery risks including safety and environment given that stakeholders behaviour needs to be influenced to implement identified project risk strategies.

This is a physically active role suited to candidates of all genders who are fit enjoy working outdoors as part of a team and are eager to learn and develop the skills and qualifications needed to contribute toward improving and maintaining some of NSWs most precious natural places.
