How will your ideas contribute to shaping whats next

As a Portfolio Program Manager Applications youll play a critical role in shaping Aurecons enterprise application ecosystem to be modern human-centred and fit-for-the-future. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and digital execution and is responsible for leading delivery governance and continuous improvement across the application landscape.

Youll help bring our IT25 Vision to life by guiding strategic investments aligning priorities across portfolios and enabling integrated and scalable capabilities that support Aurecons people projects and clients.

Heres how youll bring ideas to life:

• Provide strategic portfolio leadership across Aurecons enterprise applications ensuring alignment with our Blueprint and business priorities.
• Lead complex programs spanning technology business functions and delivery teams using agile and product-based approaches.
• Optimise the enterprise application ecosystem through rationalisation integration and modernisation.
• Be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders acting as a key contact to drive transparent decision-making and prioritisation.
• Leverage data insights emerging trends and user feedback to shape future technology investments.
• Foster collaboration across IT Product and Business teams to support Aurecons innovation agenda.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers Business Analysts and delivery professionals.

Were looking for someone with:

• A degree in Information Technology Business Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8 years leading enterprise-wide technology programs or portfolios.
• Experience with agile delivery models enterprise applications and cross-functional teams.
• A passion for solving complex problems and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills particularly in matrixed organisations.
• People leadership experience ideally leading delivery or project teams.
