Front-End Technical Lead / Architect Angular

Our client is embarking on a new digital transformation initiative and is building a modern web application platform. The team is focused on delivering innovative scalable and user-centric solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead front-end architecture and development in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Front-End Technical Lead / Architect to design and lead the front-end framework for a new enterprise digital web application. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Angular strong leadership capabilities and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. This role involves strategic planning hands-on development and mentoring a team of front-end engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop the front-end framework for a new digital web application.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to front-end engineers.
- Drive adoption of modern front-end technologies and frameworks with a focus on Angular.
- Establish coding standards tools and platforms for efficient development.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to design and architectural principles.
- Assess digital projects and provide accurate estimates for front-end work.
- Align with product managers designers and stakeholders on goals and deliverables.
- Identify and resolve performance and scalability challenges.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience as a Front-End Technical Lead or Architect with a focus on Angular.
- Strong proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience leading and mentoring front-end engineering teams.
- Solid understanding of responsive design and web accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with version control systems preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of other front-end frameworks and libraries such as React.
- Experience with NodeJS and Python.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
