These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.In SAP human capital at PwC you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements implement HCM software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes enhance talent management and achieve their strategic objectives.
The Opportunity

In our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the SAP Human Capital team you are responsible for implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and managing integration with Employee Central and SAP ECC. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for maintaining project success and upholding rigorous standards while leveraging team strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and managing integration with Employee Central and SAP ECC
- Leading teams and managing client accounts
- Strategizing and mentoring junior staff for development
- Maintaining elevated standards and project success
- Leveraging team strengths to achieve client goals
- Supervising and coaching team members
- Implementing firm methodologies and technology resources
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 8 years of experience with 8-13 years of experience preferred
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Masters Degree in Human Resources Management preferred
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll preferred
- Advanced understanding of integration between Employee Central Payroll Employee Central and SAP ECC
- Experience in enhancing Payroll control center
- Knowledge of custom validation rules and custom KPIs
- Experience in handling historical payroll data
- Advanced Global Payroll knowledge
- Proficiency in configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- Experience in country-specific payroll implementation
