We are seeking a Leasing Consultant in Kentwood MI who is energetic goal-oriented and enjoys new challenges. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a team player. Previous property management experience is preferred but not required.
You Have:

- Computer knowledge
Essential Job Functions:
- Meets standards in resident relations
- Responsible for the daytoday operations of the rental office *Schedule appointments. *Complete guest cards. Perform weekly callbacks on all prospects. *Send Thank You followups
- Conduct educated tours of the property and unit with prospective applicants. Be knowledgeable about all facets of the project including all amenities
- Complete movein packets
- Maintain current information regarding competition/assist manager with comp data by conducting external assessment of competitor products prices and promotions
- Assist the manager with the implementation of leasing goals for the property. *Prepare marketing reports on a daily and weekly basis. *Track the success of outreach marketing. *Track lease expirations. *Assist with the execution of the resident retention plan
