In this role you will:

  • Leads the Inclusion Network approach to focus on promoting connectedness and belonging across the employee lifecycle.
  • Consults with and provide guidance to the ELT Executive Sponsor and leadership teams for each Inclusion Network to define the strategy and goals for their Inclusion Networks activity and programming calendar and includes engaging with GPO colleagues and Legal to ensure all Inclusion Network activities and communications are in compliance with laws regulations and K-Cs business focus areas.
  • Gathers insights from employee surveys workforce data and business trends to inform the design of employee engagement programs such as Inclusion Networks mentoring onboarding and other programs that foster employee development inclusion and belonging.
  • Builds and manages the tools and resources to facilitate mentoring programs that will be part of onboarding for new hires development programs across the employee lifecycle and within Inclusion Networks.
  • Facilitates training sessions to enable capabilities that drive the onboarding mentoring and continuous listening programs.
  • Defines the measurement strategy and tracks metrics to assess employees experience building a metrics dashboard that allows HR partners and business leaders to track the impact of inclusion networks and other programs on employee and business outcomes (e.g. engagement retention career growth).
  • Partners with Corporate Communications and the Talent Content Strategy team to promote awareness of and engagement in the Inclusion Network programming and other events focused on inclusion belonging and culture at K-C.
  • Partners with Site Leadership teams to define and plan strategies to bring teams together and to drive employees connectedness and connections within and across teams architecting employee interactions and fostering a sense of community promotes belonging and binds employees to K-C.
  • Partners with the Global Learning & Development and Organizational Effectiveness teams to ensure Team Leader & employee training and guidance for talent processes (e.g. performance coaching team effectiveness) build employees sense of feeling appreciated heard valued and connected to K-Cs strategy & purpose.
  • Tracks external trends related to inclusion belonging and employee networks to inform K-Cs policies tools and practices.


Qualifications:

  • Manages Complexity: Makes sense of complex high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
  • Communicates Effectively: Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Business Acumen: Applies knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organizations goals. For example clearly understands how own activities relate to critical business drivers.
  • Ensures Accountability: Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments. For example holds self to high standards and manages multiple project simultaneously across various stakeholder groups.
  • Data Acumen:Draw insights that inform business decision-making to improve employee experience People Programs and culture. Ensures the appropriate measurements are put in place to monitor progress and impact.
  • Experience: minimum 5 years of experience managing employee experience and engagement initiatives such as onboarding inclusion networks mentoring and measurement of those initiatives. Global Talent Management experience Business Partner experience a plus.
  • Technical HR Acumen: Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.

Salary Range:USD

At Kimberly-Clark pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve thrive and grow. Along with base pay this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as location role skills performance and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
