We are currently looking for a Dealer Operations Manager to join our team in Calgary.

As a Dealer Operations Manager (DOM) youll be the key liaison between Nissan Canada and our dealer network in one of our 4 territories in Western Canada. Your role is to drive dealer performance ensure brand standards and support strategic growth initiatives.

A Day in the Life:

  • Partner with dealers to improve sales service and customer satisfaction KPIs.

  • Analyze dealership performance data and develop tailored action plans.

  • Ensure compliance with Nissan brand standards programs and policies.

  • Support new vehicle launches incentive programs and regional marketing efforts.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales Aftersales Marketing).

  • Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and business acumen with a data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Proven experience in automotive retail or OEM field operations.

  • Ability to travel frequently across the Western Canada region.

  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing or related field preferred.
