You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly motivated detail-oriented Liquidation and Research Clerk to provide critical operational support in a dynamic fast-paced environment. This role involves a mix of administrative and technical duties in support of financial account reconciliation stakeholder communication and data analysis related to liquidation processes.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys variety in their workday thrives on collaboration and is comfortable working with sensitive data and high-stress situations. No two days will look the sameand your flexibility professionalism and curiosity will be key to success in this role.
Schedule: Full-time Long-term temporary (612 months)
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming communications (email mail phone) log activity and prepare professional written responses
Communicate with external stakeholders including individuals in potentially high-stress situationsstrong communication and de-escalation skills are essential
Compile analyze and track data to monitor liquidation progress; prepare operational reports
Review financial records for accuracy and assist with account reconciliations (member accounts bank accounts investments etc.)
Conduct quality assurance checks on data
Utilize a range of computer systems and software tools to retrieve analyze and manage data
Perform records management including scanning organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
