What makes this role special

  • Innovate. You will play a crucial role in launching new initiatives onboarding supply partners expanding our offerings and managing distribution-side partnerships in Germany Austria & Switzerland.
  • Cultivate. Continuously develop relationships with supply partners and grow key accounts to scale them to higher revenues and ticket sales.
  • Collaborate.Work with internal stakeholders (Operations Tech Marketing etc.) and your accounts to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and growth in sales & bookings.
  • Analyze. Identify market trends and provide market & competitor analysis to optimize business development and sales strategies.

What skills & experience do you need

  • Fully proficient German & English speaker based in Berlin or Vienna.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development/sales and/or key account management.
  • Strong analytical written and verbal communication skills.
  • A global mindset and comfort working with people from different cultural backgrounds and time zones.
  • A collaborative attitude with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Experience working with a CRM and a willingness to learn and use new tools.
