About the Role
As a Caf All Rounder at WHSmith you bring a genuine passion for coffee and great service. You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient manner and follow all food safety guidelines.
You will also be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving food and beverages to caf standards.
- Greeting and interacting with customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Operating the POS system and handling transactions accurately.
- Restocking supplies and ensuring the front-of-house is always well-presented.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the caf.
- Handling both cash and card payments efficiently.
About You
- The ideal candidate for this position will have the following:
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a Barista / Caf All Rounder.
- Must be available to work on weekends.
- Experience in food handling would be ideal.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
