This is a fast-paced phone-first role for someone who feeds off action impact and making things happen when others are winding down.

What Youll Own:
Before 3:30 PM:
Answer inbound calls with energy and empathy.
Make outbound Happy Calls to check in ask for reviews and upsell tune-ups or memberships.
Confirm next-day appointments and handle light follow-up on unsold work.
After 3:30 PM:
Dispatch technicians and communicate with field teams.
Handle overflow/rollover calls when other offices close.
Serve as the point person for anything urgent until close.
Scorecard for Success:
90% call answer rate during your shift
65% booking on service calls
10 memberships or add-ons per month
Board cleared or clean handoff by 8:00 PM
