Quantity Surveyor
OCU Group a leading UK provider of utilities telecommunications and energy transition services. With a strong focus on innovation and sustainability we deliver complex infrastructure projects that shape the future of energy and connectivity.
Were looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage cost and contractual aspects of our projects. Youll play a key role in budgeting procurement and risk management to ensure successful project delivery.
This role is based in Stockport
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets
- Oversee tendering procurement and contract administration
- Monitor costs conduct valuations and certify payments
- Identify and mitigate project risks
What Were Looking For:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- RICS/CICES chartered or working towards it
- Strong knowledge of contracts and cost control
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
