As an OT Security Expert (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the development implementation and continuous improvement of security measures in the field of Operational Technology (OT). In this role you keep a close eye on the evolving threat landscape in both the IT and OT environments. You serve as the central interface to the local IT department and apply your IT expertise directly to projectsespecially to support PCT engineers with technical questions and operational problem-solving. In this position you will report directly to the Global OT Security Officer.
Your Responsibilities as OT Security Expert (m/f/d):
Lead responsibility for OT security projects in accordance with OT security standards across sites throughout EuropeFirst point of contact for IT-related questions concerning the security aspects of process automation systems such as firewalls SIEM PAM remote access and network monitoringCoordination and implementation of security standards at production sites as well as the design and realization of IT security within IT systems and networksCollaboration with the SOC and the Incident Response Team on OT-specific security incidentsLeading and supporting internal and external OT audits at the respective sitesMaintenance and management of OT security controls
Your Profile:
Successfully completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience and further trainingSeveral years of experience in the field of OT security ideally within the process industrySolid knowledge of firewall configurations network designs and device hardeningStrong understanding of the current threat landscape and appropriate countermeasuresFamiliarity with IT security standards such as IEC 62443 and/or the NIST FrameworkStrong team spirit combined with a precise and structured working styleBusiness fluent in English
