As the Sous Chef you will:
- Participate and oversee the kitchen line for food and service quality
- Lead adherence to our great recipes to deliver our great Italian food
- Organize staff training scheduling and forecasting
- Complete food purchasing receiving inventory and invoicing
- Adhere to State Local and our food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Lead and maintain a positive teamwork attitude
To join the team bring the following:
- Minimum 2 years experience related upscale/fine dining food beverage and service experience in a $4 million full-service upscale restaurant.
- Currently or recently a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Currently or recent experience running a kitchen
- Experience in an Upscale Casual Dining concept.
