RN - Float Pool (Permanent Role)

Location: Rowlett TX 75088
Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in various units including medical-surgical telemetry and other acute care departments.
• Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Float between departments based on staffing needs and patient acuity.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding conditions and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies safety guidelines and healthcare regulations.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
