Essential Functions: Clinical Judgment
- Perform accurate clinical assessments based on established nursing standards.
- Prioritize patient and family needs to develop and evaluate a personalized care plan.
- Adjust care plans to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.

- Evaluate nursing practice quality and participate in evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Support performance improvement and research-based care changes.

Qualifications: - Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
(or 2 years of additional experience in lieu of formal education) - Experience: Minimum 2 years of CVOR or perioperative nursing experience required
- License/Certifications:
- RN License Active and Valid (Texas state)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required (or within 30 days of hire)
