Job Description
Location: Irving TX 75061
Shift: 12 HR Days 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience
Clinical Judgment
- Perform accurate clinical assessments based on established nursing standards.
- Prioritize patient and family needs to develop and evaluate a personalized care plan.
- Adjust care plans to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
Clinical Inquiry
- Evaluate nursing practice quality and participate in evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Support performance improvement and research-based care changes.

- Create a supportive and safe care environment.
- Build therapeutic relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries.

- Proficiency in observing patient condition changes and collaborating with medical teams.
- Technological competence (e.g. Microsoft Office EHR systems).
- Ability to deliver age-specific patient-centered care.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
(or 2 years of additional experience in lieu of formal education) - Experience: Minimum 2 years of CVOR or perioperative nursing experience required
- License/Certifications:
- RN License Active and Valid (Texas state)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required (or within 30 days of hire)
