Job Description
RN - Supervisor LTC (Contract Role)
Location: Oswego NY 13126
Duration: 8-weeks Contract
Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Weekly Pay Rate: $2160 - $2376

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on assigned shift.
- Ensure that resident care needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and support the delivery of high-quality compassionate care.
- Handle staffing issues assign nursing duties and ensure proper coverage.
- Respond to emergencies resident concerns and incident reports appropriately.
- Communicate effectively with physicians families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies federal and state regulations.
- Document nursing actions accurately and timely.
- Participate in shift reports and ensure proper handoffs between shifts.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff as needed.
- Active RN License in the State of New York.
- Minimum 1 year of RN supervisory experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
- One year of Medical/Surgical and Gerontology experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Current BLS/CPR certification. Required
- Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
