Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver inspiring lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Provide a warm and supportive environment that encourages exploration and independence
- Track assess and report on pupils progress ensuring each child reaches their potential
- Collaborate with colleagues and teaching assistants to maintain high-quality provision
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers fostering strong homeschool partnerships
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and support whole-school initiatives
