Job Description
- Prepare mutual fund shareholder annual and semi-annual reports.
- Prepares edits and maintains all financial reporting schedules such as Fund Financial Statement Schedule of Investment and Tailored Shareholding Reporting.
- Help prepare other financial reporting deliverables Including SEC regulatory filings Form N-MFP Form PF Form CPO-PQR Form 24f-2. Mutual funds Prospectus and SAI information.
- Researches and resolves moderately complex problems
- Support team in all aspects of the above deliverables.
- Develop and maintain procedures for all team deliverables.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance accounting knowledge.
- Must be detail orientated and highly analytical.
- Experience in mutual fund accounting or reporting preferred.
- Ability to comprehend and utilize complex procedures with minimal guidance.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced Excel and Word knowledge Outlook a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
