Communication:
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams clients and stakeholders.
Sales Support:
Provide day-to-day assistance to the sales team including preparing reports tracking leads and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Data Management:
Maintain and manage accurate sales and customer data. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for handling reports tracking performance and analyzing data trends.
Collaboration:
Work closely with inter-departmental teams (e.g. Marketing Finance Operations) to support the sales process and improve workflow efficiency.
Revenue Monitoring:
Assist in tracking revenue generation and follow up on key sales metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
