Role Responsibilities
- Lead the Salesforce CPQ implementation projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and configure Salesforce CPQ to align with client specifications.
- Develop custom solutions and enhancements within the Salesforce CPQ environment.
- Conduct thorough testing of CPQ solutions to verify correctness and performance.
- Deliver user training sessions and develop comprehensive documentation.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce CPQ applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce CPQ.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and enhancements related to CPQ.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in CPQ best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve CPQ functionalities.
- Implement and refine processes for peak operational efficiency.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Adhere to change management protocols during implementations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience with integration of Salesforce CPQ with other systems.
- Hands-on experience in coding and customization within Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and SaaS solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in a client-facing role.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications in CPQ preferred.
- Experience developing documentation and training materials.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
