Job Description
- Hands-on wireframing and prototyping abilities - Advanced level of proficiency
- Prior experience working / contributing to Design Systems - Good to have
- Experience practicing UX design research for digital product teams.
- Written and verbal communication skills demonstrated the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to cross-functional partners - Advanced proficiency
- Ability to support one or more products simultaneously - Must have
- Experience working as part of Agile teams - Good to have
Required Skills:-
- Four-year degree in Design Tech and other equivalent degrees
- Specialization in Design - Good to have
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Hands-on experience working on UX Design tools such as Figma and collaboration tools such as Miro
- Experience in Lean UX Research methods
- Has prior experience working in the retail domain is a plus
- Ability to successfully work in a team environment and to respond to business objectives with creative innovative and cost-effective design solutions
- Knowledge of product development processes
