Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation - Outside India Market

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies targeted at markets outside India.
  • Conduct extensive market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Utilize various tools and platforms for data analysis to identify high-potential leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads for conversion.
  • Create engaging email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads.
  • Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to continuously improve strategies.
  • Engage in networking activities to expand the companys reach and influence.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to position Presage Insights effectively.
  • Set and achieve individual targets for lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Participate in trade shows and other industry events to promote our services.
  • Provide periodic training and support to junior staff in lead generation techniques.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging and branding in lead generation initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM software.
  • Foster a positive and professional image of the company in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation particularly in international markets.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with CRM software and lead tracking tools.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and drive results.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship management.
  • Flexibility to adapt strategies based on real-time feedback.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in a B2B environment is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
