Job Description
Perrill is an award-winning digital marketing agency that exists to power businesses to win online. We are in search of a highly motivated SEO Specialist who wants to work and grow in a supportive and dynamic environment alongside a team of professionals with a passion for driving client success.
As an SEO Specialist you will work with our team of digital marketing experts to help our clients reach their business goals by:
- Developing SEO strategies that align with client objectives
- Conducting keyword research and increasing search rankings for high-value search terms.
- Conducting website audits and fixing technical issues
- Auditing and optimizing existing content
- Assisting other team members with various SEO tasks
- Working with the Content team to provide topic recommendations and review new content for optimal SEO value
- Providing SEO recommendations for new website builds and assisting with SEO related tasks for pre- and post-launch processes
- Analyzing data using tools like SEMrush Google Search Console Google Data Studio and more
- Implementing measurement strategies through Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity
- Staying up to date with SEO industry trends sharing knowledge with team & incorporating valuable findings into account work
- Attending client meetings to present SEO analysis and recommendations
- And much more
Dont know how to do all of the above yet Youll be supported by a full team of SEO and other marketing experts to help along the way.
Our ideal candidate possesses the following:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience or training (agency experience preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with various SEO & analytics tools like Google Analytics Google Search Console Microsoft Clarity Tag Manager SEMrush Ahrefs Google Business Profiles Looker Studio and Screaming Frog (experience with all of these not required)
- Experience or interest in GEO/AIO optimization
- A genuine passion for SEO and serving clients
- The ability to thrive and adapt in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoys new challenges and learning from them
- Wants to work with a very collaborative team
Salary: $60000 to $70000 depending on experience
