Job Description

Job Title : Technical Writer (with DAM Experience)

Location : Sunnyvale CA

Job Type : 6 Months Contract

Duration : Longterm

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer with hands-on experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems to create organize and maintain high-quality technical documentation. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver clear user-friendly content related to digital assets workflows metadata standards and system usage.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain user guides technical manuals and SOPs for DAM platforms

Collaborate with product IT and creative teams to understand DAM workflows and system capabilities

Document metadata schemas taxonomy standards and asset lifecycle processes

Create training materials FAQs and how-to content for end-users

Ensure consistency and clarity in documentation across all digital asset touchpoints

Qualifications:

3 years of experience in technical writing

Experience with one or more DAM systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager Bynder MediaBeacon etc.)

Excellent writing editing and communication skills

Familiarity with metadata standards taxonomy and digital content workflows

Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation projects
