This is a remote position.
Role Name: Appointment Setter
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break

We re seeking an experienced Cold Calling Specialist to join our high-performing team and drive lead generation for our dual-focus real estate business. In this role you ll be the first point of contact for property owners and real estate investors using your exceptional communication skills to identify opportunities and generate qualified leads. You ll work with proven scripts and established systems while having the autonomy to build relationships and create value for prospects. This position offers excellent growth potential performance-based bonuses tied to closed deals and the opportunity to be part of a company that s scaling rapidly in the competitive real estate investment market.
- Make outbound calls to homeowners to prospect for off-market property opportunities using provided scripts
- Contact property owners to gauge interest in cash offers for their properties
- Ask qualifying questions to determine property status (occupied/vacant mortgage situation timing flexibility)
- Call landlords with multiple rental properties to introduce DSCR loan products
- Qualify potential borrowers for no-income verification loans for rental property investors
- Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to closers/specialists
- Follow up with prospects as needed and maintain accurate call records
- Work with provided lead lists and utilize company dialer systems
- Excellent English communication skills with clear professional phone presence
- Previous experience in cold calling preferably in real estate or financial services
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
- Strong listening skills to identify prospect needs and pain points
- Persistence and resilience in handling rejection during outbound calling
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for phone calls
- Availability to work 40 hours per week during US business hours
