Job Description
As a Commercial Marketing Manager for Belhaven youll lead the development and delivery of marketing strategies that grow brand reach drive profitable sales and enhance customer experience across our Scottish pub estate. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure every initiative reflects the Belhaven brand.
Qualifications :
As Commercial Marketing Manager you will
- Deliver and optimise the Belhaven marketing plan driving awareness consideration and sales across Scotland.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape food drink entertainment and promotional strategies that align with brand values.
- Lead omnichannel campaigns from concept to execution ensuring clear KPIs and ROI tracking.
- Provide insight into Scottish market trends competitor activity and legal requirements to inform marketing decisions.
- Work with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful customer experiences across all touchpoints.
What youll bring
- A degree in marketing business or digital plus 3 years experience in a marketing role.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions and measure ROI.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with confidence presenting to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Scottish licensing laws and how they apply to marketing and promotions.
- A collaborative resilient mindset with a passion for delivering results and leading cross-functional teams.
