Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing administrative professional who is ready to take the next step in their career by supporting the Head of NSW Investment Services in our vibrant Sydney CBD office.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced high-pressure environment. As a key member of a top-performing team youll bring a proactive mindset exceptional organisational skills and a can-do attitude.

In this pivotal role youll take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities providing high-level support that contributes directly to the success of the team and wider business.

  • Prepare and manage correspondence reports presentations and tender submissions.
  • Support agents in meeting tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and create materials using InDesign and PowerPoint.
  • Manage meeting logistics including agendas action items and minutes.
  • Handle billing invoicing and expense claims.
  • Maintain CRM electronic filing systems and databases with precision.

Qualifications :

To meet the challenge of this busy role you will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role preferably within the Real Estate or Property sector.
  • Experience using Adobe Indesign is highly desirable.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Proactive in supporting and adding value to the team.
