We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our expanding team in Austin TX. This role is essential to driving new client acquisition and nurturing meaningful business relationships. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting networking and outreach.
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.
Present company products and services effectively to decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations.
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate contact and pipeline data.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience in business development sales or client-facing roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization in a high-volume environment.
Goal-driven mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
