Job Description
We are seeking a professional and personable Client Relationship Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for our valued clients. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction through consistent communication proactive problem-solving and an in-depth understanding of client needs.
Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
Address client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate client meetings feedback sessions and progress reviews
Monitor service performance and recommend improvements
Assist with contract renewals proposals and documentation
Report regularly to management on account status and client satisfaction
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field
13 years of experience in client service account management or sales support
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
A proactive and customer-oriented mindset
