Job Description
We are currently seeking a Business Development Assistant to support our growing team in San Antonio. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about market expansion client relations and strategic planning. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities maintaining client pipelines and helping drive long-term value for the company.
Responsibilities
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Support proposal writing presentations and pitch materials
Maintain and update CRM tools and client databases
Coordinate meetings follow-ups and communications with prospects
Assist in the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on joint projects
Prepare and deliver regular reports on business development metrics
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
1-3 years of experience in business development sales support or client services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
