Sell and promote new or pre-owned mobile devices in the store or through online channels
Assist customers with sales trade-ins and product inquiries.
Data Entry and other Administrative duties
Pick pack and get devices (phones and other electronics) for sale
Keep products stocked and displayed neatly.
Maintain a clean and organized store.
Any other operational requirement as determined by store manager
Qualifications :
Good communication and people skills.
Experience in retail is required.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
Willing to learn about mobile devices trade-ins and diagnostics.
Able to work independently and in a team.
