Key responsibilities for this position are:
- Responsible for maximizing market share performance revenue and profit for food & beverage and optimizing Hotel F&B pricing strategies.
- Take part to lead on providing information relevant to decision-making as well as guiding and directing hotel commercial teams through effective and measurable revenue and channel management initiatives.
- Manage and effectively communicate the pricing strategy by market segment with reference to market intelligence buying patterns and seasonality.
- Actively participate in the production of the hotels annual budget and assist in the creation update and evaluation of the hotel Sales and Marketing plans as well as assist in overseeing the Reservation departments.
Qualifications :
- University degree in hotel management or finance
- Minimum three years revenue management experience in a hotel business are preferred
- Experience in managing multiple hotels in a cluster environment is preferred
- Familiar with available technology (PMS & RMS) and all distribution channels
- Demonstrated experience driving performance and best practices in partnership Sales F&B Reservations leadership
- Proven analytical acumen with the ability to effectively present and educate to diverse audiences up and down the organization
- Understand the dynamics of regional & local market local competitors and events of the destination
- Understand group sales processes and demand patterns
- Strong commercial/business acumen with ability to analyze financial statements revenue reports and market data
- English skills: excellent
