Qualifications :
What You Bring:
Degree in IT Computer Science or related field
Strong foundation in AWS and cloud infrastructure
Keen interest in networks cybersecurity and emerging tech
Proactive self-driven and research-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Bonus Points For:
AWS certifications (Solutions Architect SysOps Security)
4 years Experience in BPO or service-based industries
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance
Help desk and IT service management experience
Project or vendor management exposure
