Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Manager Vendor Operations & Performance to join the Vendor Health team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

You will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our vendor strategy driving performance efficiency and innovation across markets. Working closely with cross-functional teams youll optimize the vendor journey - from onboarding to engagement - ensuring seamless experiences and impactful outcomes. Your work will bridge local market needs with scalable solutions using data-driven insights to enhance vendor performance and support product development. This role is central to improving our vendor ecosystem and delivering long-term business value.

As part of our team you will be the driving force behind the success of hundreds of thousands of restaurants. Your contributions will empower vendors with advanced tools to manage their operations boost their visibility and reach. Every feature you help build will create growth opportunities for businesses of all sizes strengthening Delivery Heros ecosystem and impact. 

  • Own and improve parts of the vendor operations strategy ensuring alignment with business goals and market dynamics.
     

  • Drive improvements across the vendor lifecycle by identifying pain points structuring problems and implementing scalable solutions.
     

  • Collaborate closely with local markets and cross-functional teams to tailor strategies that enhance vendor performance and experience.
     

  • Partner with product data and CRM teams to optimize operational efficiency and deliver data-driven solutions at scale.
     

  • Monitor key performance metrics to identify underperformance develop recovery plans and improve vendor contributions across markets.
     

  • Influence vendor-facing product roadmaps by advocating for improvements that drive adoption satisfaction and long-term value


Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in top tier consulting strategy or performance management 

  • Strong problem-solving skills: you can break down complex problems & set actions to resolve them

  • Track record of successfully managing roles with high levels of ownership

  • Advanced Google Suite user and able to draw key insights and present them to a senior audience

  • Previous experience in vendor strategy/lifecycle management is a plus but not a requirement
