What Youll Be Doing:
- Manage a boutique portfolio of high-quality properties
- Deliver exceptional service to tenants and owners alike
- Coordinate inspections (entry exit routine open homes)
- Oversee maintenance issues and liaise with trusted trades
- Support leasing onboarding and property handovers
- Use Console Cloud to manage operations with ease
- Foster great communication and positive tenant relationships
Qualifications :
- A current Estate Agents Licence
- Strong trust accounting experience
- 4 years in residential Property Management
- Proficiency with Console Property Me or similar
- A valid drivers licence and your own reliable vehicle
- Great time management and problem-solving skills
- A professional positive and people-focused attitude
- Confidence navigating legislation and PM procedures
- Flexibility to work Saturdays on rare occasions
