Job Description

Looking to elevate your property career in a role that values balance and support MINT Residential is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our Melbourne CBD team on a 12-month contract. Youll enjoy the best of both worlds the autonomy of managing a boutique property portfolio with the backing of an international hotel group.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Manage a boutique portfolio of high-quality properties
  • Deliver exceptional service to tenants and owners alike
  • Coordinate inspections (entry exit routine open homes)
  • Oversee maintenance issues and liaise with trusted trades
  • Support leasing onboarding and property handovers
  • Use Console Cloud to manage operations with ease
  • Foster great communication and positive tenant relationships

Qualifications :

  • A current Estate Agents Licence
  • Strong trust accounting experience 
  • 4 years in residential Property Management
  • Proficiency with Console Property Me or similar
  • A valid drivers licence and your own reliable vehicle
  • Great time management and problem-solving skills
  • A professional positive and people-focused attitude
  • Confidence navigating legislation and PM procedures
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays on rare occasions
