The successful candidate will be required to:

- Work to continuously improve the CRM operating environments both on-premises and cloud.
- Assist with maintaining the ongoing reliability performance and support of the CRM Environment. This includes monitoring the operating environments responding to incidents and problems
- Provide direction instruction and guidance to the Power Platform & CRM user base
- Work across all functional areas of the organisation to identify how D365/CRM can add value.
- Support and maintain process automations and Power Apps to drive efficiency in business processes

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Dataverse
- Experience with of CRM systems
- Understanding of how data flows between different CRM systems
