We are looking for a Project Manager for HRIS project to lead the comprehensive implementation of our new HRIS (Success Factors) system across the group. Taska & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the project plan for the groups HRIS (SuccessFactors) implementation including timelines and project activities with various teams including HR IT and external vendors.
- Engage with key stakeholders across countries to gather requirements provide updates and manage expectations.
- Participate in and contribute to workshops related to multi-country HR process setup.
- Facilitate communication between project teams stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Conduct regular project meetings and generate reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
- Identify assess and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Track project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition to the new HRIS.
- Train and support end-users in adopting the new processes and technology.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and must have led at least one end-to-end multi-country implementation project
- Strong experience with HRIS systems like SuccessFactors (preferred) but candidates with experience in Workday or Oracle HCM Cloud will also be considered
- Knowledge of project management tools eg. MS Project or Jira Training delivery on technical and system related topics
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems
- Attention to details
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Readiness to travel abroad (Europe) about 20% of the job might be spent travelling
