Job Description

Le/la Vice-Prsident(e) Activations Marques Premium est responsable de la direction et de lexcution des stratgies dactivation visant renforcer lengagement envers les marques et stimuler la croissance de lactivit. Ce rle supervise les partenariats stratgiques la planification dvnements les activations exprientielles les parrainages les ouvertures majeures et le marketing commercial.
Le/la VP Marketing Activations relve directement du/de la SVP Marketing Marques Premium.

Responsabilits principales

Partenariats stratgiques & Activations

  • Dvelopper et grer des partenariats stratgiques pour renforcer la prsence des marques et proposer des expriences premium.

  • Superviser la planification et lexcution des vnements majeurs de marque y compris les activations exprientielles les activations de parrainage et les ouvertures cls.

  • Diriger lintgration des programmes de fidlit (ALL) dans les activations de marque afin damliorer lengagement client.

  • Grer les initiatives de marketing commercial notamment les activations sur les e-shops et les salons professionnels B2B.

  • Dfinir et soutenir la stratgie de vente B2B et de gestion des revenus afin doptimiser les opportunits commerciales.

  • Superviser la stratgie OTA pour renforcer la visibilit de la marque et ses performances sur les plateformes de voyage en ligne.

  • Assurer la cration et la diffusion des supports marketing B2B incluant brochures et contenus vido.

Collaboration interfonctionnelle & Gestion des processus

  • Travailler en troite collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes en veillant la cohrence de la marque dans toutes les activations.

  • Favoriser une culture dinnovation en sappuyant sur les tendances mergentes en matire dactivations de marque.

  • Dvelopper des cadres et des processus pour amliorer lefficacit de la planification et de lexcution.

Mesure de performance & Reporting

  • Dfinir et suivre les indicateurs cls de performance (KPI) pour mesurer limpact des activations de marque et des actions de marketing commercial.

  • Raliser des bilans post-activation afin danalyser leur efficacit et doptimiser les futures initiatives.

  • Collaborer avec les quipes insights et data pour affiner les stratgies en fonction des analyses de performance.


Qualifications :

  • Diplme de niveau Bac3 ou Bac5 en marketing communication commerce ou domaine connexe.

  • Minimum de 10 ans dexprience en activation de marque planification dvnements et partenariats dans le secteur des marques premium ou de luxe.

  • Exprience avre dans la direction et lexcution dactivations lchelle mondiale et dinitiatives marketing B2B.

  • Excellentes comptences en gestion de projet et en planification stratgique.

  • Fortes aptitudes en leadership communication et gestion des parties prenantes.

  • Capacit voluer dans un environnement international dynamique et grer plusieurs activations simultanment.
