- Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests.
- Conduct general maintenance and repairs including:
- Basic plumbing electrical hydraulic and air conditioning services.
- Minor repairs to furniture fittings plant and equipment.
- Maintain external faades and high-traffic areas to ensure the hotels always look their best.
- Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive knowledgeable engineering team.
Qualifications :
- A can-do attitude and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work across a 7-day rotating roster (penalty rates apply).
- Previous experience in a similar maintenance role is preferredbut not essential.
