Job Description
Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for an Entry-Level Recruiter position based in Vancouver WA.We are a dynamic recruiting firm dedicated to connecting top talent with industry-leading companies. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing screening and interview scheduling.
- Post job openings across multiple platforms and maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Conduct candidate outreach via phone email and social media.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to write job descriptions and understand role requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and consistent communication.
- Track candidate progress collect feedback and coordinate interview logistics.
- Represent the Legacy brand professionally and positively to all candidates.
- Contribute to special projects and other recruiting-related tasks as needed.
What Were Looking For:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have sales experience.
- Ability to build strong relationships and engage candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Self-motivated able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence using recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Indeed etc.) and open to learning new tools.
- Strong judgment and the ability to assess candidate fit across a wide range of roles.
