Job Description

Title:Stipend - Medical Inventory Support (Health Services) (SY25-26)

Reports To: Alexandra Cross Health Manager

General Duties:

The School Health Inventory Support Coordinator will assist in organizing tracking and maintaining medical and health-related supplies for the school. Responsibilities include taking regular inventory restocking items updating supply records and ensuring that essential health materials are readily available and properly stored. The coordinator will work closely with the school nurse and administrative staff to support a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.

They will work with the Health Manager on:

  • Inventorying and distributing medical supplies
  • Checking item numbers on School Health site to ensure proper items are ordered by the Health Manager
  • Regularly organizing supply closet
  • Distributing supplies to other health offices as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a healthcare professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills that is detail oriented and well-organized.

Compensation:Contractual rate.
