Primary Responsibility / Summary
Empower a diverse caseload of program participants by delivering comprehensive support and career guidance services encompassing initial enrollment and needs assessment intensive case management work experience facilitation dynamic workshop delivery and sustained job placement and retention support; develop individualized employment plans informed by job market data and expertise guiding participants in targeted training and upskilling initiatives; and ensure exceptional service quality through meticulous documentation robust employer and community partnerships and proactive participation in continuous quality improvement all while upholding rigorous program company and grant compliance standards.
