As a Retail Guest Support Associate at Bobs Discount Furniture youll be the go-to resource for providing behind-the-scenes support to our showroom team and customers. Whether full-time or part-time your role will focus on ensuring a seamless customer journey by processing orders managing deliveries and providing prompt and empathetic service over the phone and in person. This position requires flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays.
