Job Description
Overview
Northwest Talent Solutions is actively seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible General Anesthesiologists to join a high-volume hospital-based practice in West Reading Pennsylvania. This full-scope anesthesiology position offers a rare opportunity to work within a world-class medical facility providing care across a broad range of surgical cases. The position supports both academic teaching and trauma services creating a dynamic mission-driven environment for new graduates and seasoned clinicians alike.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe effective anesthesia care across a variety of specialties including:

Obstetrics
-
Trauma
-
Neurosurgery
-
Pediatrics
-
Cardiology
-
-
Participate in team-based coverage ofannual procedures in both inpatient and outpatient surgical environments.

Collaborate with medical teams in a Level 1 Trauma Center equipped with:
-
24 operating suites (including hybrid-capable ORs)
-
Emergency treatment and trauma bays
-
Pediatric-specific emergency care
-

Contribute to resident training in an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency program (faculty appointment available).

Maintain clear accurate charting using EPIC EMR.

Apply sound clinical judgment in emergent and high-risk scenarios.
Requirements
-
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
-
Completion of an accredited residency in Anesthesiology.
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
-
Current or eligible Pennsylvania medical license.
-
