Manager Role Two Maids Home Cleaning Franchise (Albany NY)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Hire train and supervise cleaning staff.
- Schedule and
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service quality.
- Manage supplies equipment and inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries feedback and issue resolution.
- Implement company policies and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Track KPIs and help meet revenue and performance goals.
- Assist with local marketing and community outreach.
Qualifications
- Minimum 23 years of experience in operations customer service or management (preferably in cleaning hospitality or franchise settings).
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Compensation Package
- Performance Bonuses: Up to $5000 annually based on customer satisfaction revenue targets and operational KPIs.
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 days per year increasing with tenure.
